Privacy Policy
We collect as little as we can, and we tell you what we do with it.
1. Controller

2. What we collect
Contact form: name, email address, company or website, preferred language and your message. Email: whatever you send us. Website: our hosting provider logs IP addresses and request data for security. We do not run advertising trackers.
Analytics, if enabled, is cookie-less or consent-based and only measures page views.
3. Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal, deliver the project and invoice you. Legal basis: taking steps to enter a contract at your request, and our legitimate interest in running the studio.
4. Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered through Formspree (formspree.io) to our mailbox. Email is hosted by our email provider. The map on the contact page is embedded from Google Maps and loads under Google's privacy policy. We share data with no one else, unless the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects: 12 months. Project and invoicing records: as long as tax law requires, then deleted.
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or object to processing at any time by writing to contact@polariva.com. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
7. Cookies
The website itself sets no cookies. Embedded third-party content (Google Maps) may set its own. Your browser settings let you block them.
